Dan, Cube’s founder is originally from rural mid Wales, but relocated to Cheltenham at 18 to pursue his career in the property industry. Dan’s background is all property related and his experience has involved the sale, letting and management of property, refurbishing and selling properties as well as being a landlord himself, whilst being an experienced Town & Country planning professional working across the public & private sectors.

 

The options with property investing are endless and can be very daunting and complicated. We recognise that everyone’s ambitions and circumstances are different and we therefore seek to work with you on your journey as best as we can, ranging from you being fully involved with each and every aspect to not at all and somewhere in between.
